Setup:
Players in Grey and Red are 6 or more feet apart, cone triangle is about 2 feet on each side with 5 Yards from the red triangle to First Blue cone and same from first to second blue cone as seen in diagram.
Instructions:
1.) Player in Grey passes to Player in red who plays ball back with inside of foot on two touches. Then Player in Red checks around the triangle and repeats on other side.
2.) Upon the instruction from player in Grey or the coach of Set or Man On, Player in red plays the ball back in one touch to Player in Grey, open hips and back peddles until square of the reds (3 in diagram B) and then takes a first touch at the first blue cone.
3.) Player in Red then makes a move at the Blue cone to turn and play back to Player in Grey and continue the two touches until Set or Man On is said again.
Variations with recieving at the triangle:
a) two touch inside to laces return
b) two touch outside to inside return
c) one touch inside
d) one touch laces
e) one touch sole of foot
Variations of turns at Blue Cone:
a) rivilono (step over)
b) Cryuff
c) drag fake drag, cut
d) L turn, to a rivilino
e) choices

Diagram C:
Same as Diagram B, but now at First Blue Cone, players do a sir mathews or other move to take a touch to the far blue cone before playing back to Player in Grey and continuing the passing technique.

Passing/Receiving
3 cones in a line spaced 10 yds apart
Players each start on a cone.
1. The central player creates an angle to receive pass one.
2. Central player receives across body and passes to opposite player (pass two)
3. Central player moves toward middle to receive pass three then passes back for pass four.
4. Central player then creates an angle to receive pass five across body to pass to the beginning player.
5. Change rolls and repeat.

Dribbling at Pace
Setup:
This is a drill to minimize cones used and dribble at game speed. Straight line of cones 3 yards apart (6 of them, not just the 5 shown in diagram A). 2 Players per cone dribbling station with one at a cone behind or to the side of the cone course for social distancing.
Instructions:
1) Player dribbles at speed through the cone course out and back and continues for a minute. No instructions on round 1.
2) Player now performs, at game speed dribbling, moves at cones 1 and 2 listed in diagram, and dribbles out and back and continues for a minute.

d) V same foot
