Football/Soccer Session (Beginner): Ball Transfer Team Game

Description

-Players work in small groups of 3or 4 players, and start in one of the base boxes, that contains a set of balls.

-Teams aim to transfer all of thefootballs [one at a time] to their box at the other end of the pitch.

-Only condition is players must notuse their hands to transfer the balls across.

Progression:
-Each player must be in control ofthe ball at least once throughout the transferral.

-No player can take more than 3touches [or hold for 3 secs] at any one time.
