3. 5yds between cones.
Instructions:
1. Player perform combination play. (one touch)
2. Take 1st touch and play a driven pass to opposite side.
3. Rotate within counter clockw ise w ithin grid.
4. Competition w ithin grid.
Coaching Points:
1. Checking over your shoulder as movement is made.
2. Movement off the ball to create 2-3 yds from defender.
3. Body position is key (make the game easier)
4. Ability to make 1 touch pass (body behind the ball, contact on the center of the ball, clean follow through)
