4 cones. Rectangle if possible. Minimum of 6 players. Break into 2 groups if pssible.
Goal is to pass and receive back foot.
Variations: Pass right, Run right; pass left, run left. Pass left, run right, Pass right, run left. Check in passes.

3 players in each box
4 passes per team, 4th pass moves to next box

Anticipate and move on 3rd pass.

20x20 grid divided in half. 2 teams of 4 and 2 neutrals. Neutrals move back and forth to support team with posession and create overload and make it 4v2 . Opposing team tries to get ball back to their side.
Expand to accomidate number of players. Goal is to create overload situations
