Set Up: Teams of 4/5 with a ball each position a cone 20 yrds away.
Players run with ball around cone back to team transfer the ball, next player goes, keep going until the start player is back at the start. 1st team back scores a point.
Progressions: Players pass the ball over heads to player at back who then sprints around the cone, back to team & passes the ball over head, keep repeating until all players are back at start position.
Add in hurdles.
