Method: Opposition have possesion in midfield.
Coaching Points:
Our Centre forward closes the passing play across the pitch and is ready should the pass go back to a centre back.
Centre midfielders close passing lanes.
Wide midfielders press the ball, mark players, or space in preperation to press if the ball is played across the pitch.
Centre back drops deeper to cut off pass into opposition centre forward, left and right centre backs constrict space and hold a line to create an offside option.
Goalkeeper is on the penalty spot to cut out any long through balls.

Centre midfielders close passing lanes and attempt to intercept the ball.
Wide midfielders press the ball, mark players, or space in preperation to press if the ball is played across the pitch.
Centre back drops deeper to cut off pass into opposition centre forward, left and right centre backs constrict space and hold a line to create an offside option.
Goalkeeper is on the 6 yard line to cut out any high crosses.
