Set up three small boxes within the area.
Coach will distribute the ball in the area and will ask the players one at a time to retrieve the ball back to the area by shooting or punting it back.
Players use different body surfaces to bring ball back. Eg. instep, knee, or with limited number of touches.

3v3. With 2 balls.
Players will score by shooting the ball at the goals. Points awarded for attempt as well.
Coaching Points:
Prep touch. Players get the ball out of their feet.

Warm up - Body part soccer (15 mins)
Every player with the ball.
Players moving around and they need to stop the ball with a body part shouted by the coach.
Encourage and teach different body partys name. Instep, outside of the foot ETC.
Star with high tempo. Get them moving.
Coaching Points
Dynamic movement helps coordination and reflexes. Bending and twisting will help muscle development and coordination.
Using different surface helps players to develop their senses and feel for the ball.
Progress to go stop a teammate's ball with that body part.
