Organizational / Instructions
Split pitch into 3 zones on a 7-a-side pitch.
Divide players into 2 teams in a 2-3-2 formation each with a GK.
Ball starts with GK who passes to one of his defenders and then onto midfield then into forwards.
Ball must go through each third.
Players are restricted to their zones when out of possession. When in possession, a midfielder (#6) can drop into defensive third to help build play and create 3 vs 2 overload; and two midfielders can join attack in final third, creating 4 vs 2 overload.
Objective is to score a goal. If red team scores, the game restarts with red team GK. If red team doesn't score, game restarts with blue GK to repeat the pattern.
