Description:
4v4 plus goalie - half court from goal to counter gates
If attacker brings the ball trough square she can now score in multiple goals/gates
3x 5 minutes - 1min rest
Coaching Points:
Defending:
Keep it compact and control the middle channel
Behind the ball line - Stay with the player you are marking throughout
Helper - Pivo with Alas or fixo (double up)
Man mark green zone - Zonal marking in the yellow and red zone
Attacking:
Movement to create space - run to empty to open passing lines
Attack the middle space but do not clog it
Gato run (check in/Check out)

Defensive Approach - Speed Go fast, arrive slow
Body Position - low to the ground, knees, shoulders and toes squared
Decision - When to try to recovery the ball
Induce - Force player to weak foot, side line or one block passing line
