4 wide goal SSG (do at midfield if space)
4 wide mini goal SSG. 4v4 + 1. Should provide opportunities to recognize high pressure situations and change direction to retain the ball
Key points:
- recognize moments of high pressure to change direction (boundaries are a cue)
- don't turn into pressure (defenders), turn away
- protect the ball by using the furthest foot to dribble with
- use skills to beat players
- communicate so that team mates know when they are under pressure
- pass when a team-mate is in a better position
- look to switch the play when a team-mate is free in front of goal
**Players not playing will be working on a technical assignment or chasing balls.
