Description: Using half a field, set-up four goals with cones 5 feet apart. Play 3 attackers (light blue) vs. 2 defenders (dark blue). Dark Blue begins by passing to blue. See left diagram. Attackers attempt to score on one of tow goals by dribbling through or passing through. See right diagram. If defenders stop/steal ball, they can score in one of two goals by dribbling or passing through. Reps should last 2 minutes.

Description: Using half a field, set up 2 endzones (10x20) with cones. Defenders (Dark Blue 2) begin passing to Attackers (Light Blue 2). See left diagram. Light Blue team attempts to score in the Dark Blue team endzone by dribbling through or passing to teammate. See right diagram. If Defenders win ball, they can score in blue endzone by dribbling or passing to teammate. Repetitions should last 1-2 minutes.
