Instructions:
- Blue team plays possession and gets a point for every X amount of passes.
- If Red team wins ball they can counter attack on either goal for a point.
- No throw ins: Pass or dribble in
- Switch defender every X amount of time
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Prior to receiving: Open Body ( see both goals/Targets )
- Prior to receiving; 3 step rule, move to either side to create open lane.
- In Possesion: Share and Move ( runs, support )
- In Possesion: Move and Call: ( Runs, support )
