Equipment:
-Place 8 cones 4 yards out from the middle as shown.
Instructions:
1-Start with your right hand kn cone #1
2-By moving clockwise Sprint into the center, touch the center cone with left hand , quickly change direction , sprint to cone #2 , touch with right hand etc. Repeat the same movement until you get back to where you started then rest for 3-4'.
3- Repeat the exercise in the opposite direction by going counter clockwise but this time with left hand touching cone #1 and right hand the center cone.
4-Do the exercise twice by alternating direction for a total of 4x. Make sure you time yoursellf and tne ideas is to aim below 14''.
