1v1 Non - directional
Players in pars from previous warm up, 1 with a ball and one without.
with the pitch split into two halves, the aim for the player in possession is to get into the other half. each time they get into the other half, they must try and return to the half they were in. Each time you get into a different half is worth 1 point.
the defending player should try and steal the ball from the attacker, when this happens the roles are switched and the game continues.
5 x 90 second sets. winners play against winners, losers play against losers.

- can you get your head up to identify space and dribble into it.
- coach the following t help kids in 1v1 situations
Entice - entice the defender
Evade - evade the defender
Eliinate - eliminate the defender

split groups up into two, and stand on each corner of playing area.
coach players the ball in and two players react - first t the ball i the attacker and must try and score in either of the wo goals. (players must be within 5 yards of the goal for the goal to count)

All players start with a ball at their feet, dribbling around in the area, when a coach calls out a number, the players must get into groups of that many.
