10 Players
1 Goalkeeper
Equipment- 10 balls, 4 cones
Technical:
Players on the red cone pass the ball to the player on the orange cone. The player on the orange cone will recive the ball and lay the ball off for the player who passed it to them to allow them to have a shot at goal. The player who shoots then swaps position with the player who lays the shooter off and they go to the back of the queue. After 10 mins the groups will swap places so each group have the same amount of time on each side so they can use both feet.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Progress:
only allow players a certain amount of touches before shooting for example, one touch then shoot.
Regress:
Allow more touches before the player shoots or move the cones closer top the goal to allow players to shoot closer to the goal.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
use both feet
more points if you score inthe top or bottom corner
make it a competition between the teams to allow players more fun and keep players motivated.

10 Players
1 Goalkeeper
Equipment- 2 cones, 5 Balls, 10 bibs( 2 teams of 5)
Skill:
The same concept as the techinical drill but this time the blue team will be defending to try and stop the red team getting a shot off at goal. once the player who is shooting recives the ball of the passer the defender will sprint to close the shooter down to try stop them getting a shot off. The red player will need to be as quick a possible and get a shot off when they can.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Progress:
make the pitch smaller which will mean the defender will be at the attackers feet quicker so the striker will have to make quicker decisions.
Add another defender to make it harder for the attacker
Regress:
Dont allow the defender to tackle just only allow them to jockey them.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Defenders get a point if they stop the attacker from scoring and the attackers get a point if they score. keep track off the score to create a competition so players are motivated more.

Get players to make sure they have stretched properly to ensure less risk of injury.
