Organization: 30x30 yd area. 12 red cones. 8 blue cones spaced randomly in area. 1 ball per player.
Instructions: Players are to avoid blue cones and other players. Blue cones are reference point to attack and use feint
Coaching Points: Identify 1 v. 1 (space behind defender).
Drive at defender using smaller touches on approach.
Unbalance defender with body movement (Use of body to sell the fake).
Lean to one side dropping your shoulder.
Take the ball away with the outside of the opposite foot with speed.
Progressions: 1. Try not to run into anybody or any blue cones while dribbling- small touches. 2. Introduce using feint- players use move when coach says "Feint" 3. Players to dribble at blue cone, use feint to avoid cone, and take away with opposite foot. 4. Players to get head up to see blue cone, attack blue cone, and accelerate after feint 5. Double feint.

Organization: 30x30 area. Even teams. 2 moving target players from each team on outside perimeter.
Instructions: "Try to attack and beat a defender 1 v. 1 with feint before you make a pass."
Coaching Points: Identify where space is to attack and take away into space. Distance to defender when using 1 v. 1 move.
Progressions: (1.) Ball per team. Players keep possession within team only. Try to use feint by dribbling at player of other team every time you receive ball. (2). Score points by successfully using skill. (3). Play game. 8 passes and dribble into any of the 4 gates is a point. (3). Replace target players during the flow.

Organization: Leave red boundary markers and remove all other equipment from conditioned game. Play 6 v. 6. Play to Coerver goals if available.
Instructions: Let them play.
Coaching Points: Reinforce good dribbling habits.

Instructions: Dribbling. Do not let your ball hit another ball or player.

Progressions: 1. Teach feint technique. 2. Players locate another player with ball, make eye contact and verbal agreement to dribble at each other, use feint skill and dribble away. 3. Take ball away from 3 players and make them defenders. Defender instigates 1 v. 1 situation and attacker uses feint to take ball past defender. Only if attacker uses move too close to defender the defender can steal.
