Aim:
Attacking Team: Keep Possession - 8 Passes = One Goal
Defending Team: Work Together to Win the Ball Back

Rules:
-Attacking Team start near the outside of the area - near Flat Markers
-Defending Team start near the middle of the area - near Flat Markers
-Common Team are on Two Touch - Two on the Outside and Two in the Middle
-No Limit on Touches for the Inside Teams
-As soon as the attacking team lose possession, play stops for 3 seconds and the teams have to swap roles - Attacking team become the defending team and must get to the middle flat markers asap! Defending team become the attacking team and must get to the outside flat markers asap!
-Play then resumes with the new Attacking Team in Possession.
