3 teams- Red in the middle. Must defend until they win the ball.

If orange turns the ball over they then go into the middle to defend.

Can set a time limit to play or a number of passes as an end goal.

Coaching points

- use the whole space. Positioning around the pitch.

- having a ‘middle player’ who draws the defenders into the middle zone and then pass ball out into space.

- always having a left, right and forward pass. Think about creating Triangles.

- body position. Be able to see the whole pitch in front of you.

- forehand to forehand passing.

Orange team work together to win the ball with white and red look to keep possession and use middle player to swap sides. Orange swap out when the win ball and team who lost the ball move into middle.
