Partners to move their cones into shape of a square.
Rule: You cannot pass the ball the same direction twice. The player without the ball will dictate where he wants to receive the ball, forcing the ball-player to move accordingly. The player without the ball should be the first to move. Focus on sharpness, do not want sluggish players in this exercise
Progression: The player WITH the ball will now decide where he will play the ball from, dictating the movement of his partner. The player with the ball should be the first to move

One player working. Outside partner will pass to player standing in middle of square, he will dribble with close contact of ball around one outside cone, then turn back into the middle and passing back to partner. He will receive the ball back again, and go to another cone (basically going around the world to every cone). Focus on sharpness and close dribbling of ball. Swap after x amount of time
Progression: Players start in middle, open up to one side to create angle, then choose one of the 2 cones on their side to dribble around and pass back to partner. Emphasis on players come back to the middle, recomposing before opening up again. Again should be sharp and quick for each action. Swap after x amount of time
