The coach is positioned on the sideline with a good amount of soccer ball. Practice commences with the coach passing the ball to one of the midfield players who moves at speed to receive the pass and try to maintain possession with only two touches on the ball, the passes to one of his teammates. A condition is imposed by the coach that they must make four consecutive passes before they play the ball to one of the orange players positioned behind the small cone goals. Then the other four orange keep possession of the ball and go against a new blue team. so the first two teams, blue and orange move out, and the new teams come in.

After the ball is passed the playmaker, one of the orange players can move to other side of the grid to create a numerical advantage and keep possession of the ball and find their playmaker again and switch play to the other side of the grid. If the blue team wins the ball, they can pass to their playmaker on the first time pass, and one of their players can move to the other side of the grid to create a numerical advantage.
