2)If we are in possession we spread out and create space.
3)Targets always Provide Depth.
4)High Press, Win ball, find Target , Spread out.
5)Target can pass to Target

1) Game starts with Full back Check for ball. Keep always starts the play and picks left or right.
2) Immediate pressure once player checks for ball.
3) Plus one plays as the 6 and looks to keep ball for the team and create scoring chances
4) If we win the ball, we attack to goal.
5) Each team attacks 3 mins then we switch.

Technical
Set Up: 3 cones marking 9 yards apart in a straight line. 4 players per group.
Players Pair up and pass the ball back and forth 2 touch mandatory
1) Focus on basic passing technique. Staying balanced and striking through the ball with inside of the foot, following through.
Progression
2) Player checks off the center cone quickly. Body shape open to play forward pass.
First touch must push behind the center cone as we break the line on the first touch.
3) Player passes across to opposite side and repeat the process. Checks away, open body, first touch breaking the line, pass and repeat.
4) Each player does this for abouth 1 minute. High intensity, demanding for the ball, proper technique.
