1) Outside-Inside - two cones 6 steps apart. The players move forward gently, using the outside of the right foot, then the inside of the right, before doing the same on the left and repeat. Players aim to get as many touches as possible before reaching the opposite cone.
2) Zig-Zag time challenge - place a starting cone down, 3 steps, then turn to the left, 2 steps, place a cone down, back on the centre line, another 3 steps, turn right, 2 steps, place a cone down, then repeat on the left, before placing down a final cone on the centre line, another 3 steps up to complete. Players sprint and dribble as fast as they can to get around the cones and back to the beginning.

Ball Control
1) Foundations - Move the ball between your feet, passing gently under your body and getting into a rhythm.
1a) We put down a small square for each girl and ask them to bounce the ball between there feet and move gently around the square as they do it.
2) Toe Taps, touching the ball with one foot at a time, alternating between the two without moving the ball from its spot.
2a) Using two cones, we now use the toe taps, gently moving the ball forward, around the cones in a figure of 8.
3) Sole Roll - using the sole of our foot, we roll the ball to our opposite foot, then back again. Start slow, then see if we can do this quicker.
3a) Moving Sole rolls - two cones, 3 steps apart. We roll the ball across, crossing our legs as we do it. Then stopping at the cone and returning, using the other foot.
