Activity Objective: Progress forward through/around the pressure and score on the mini goals.
# players/opponent: 7v6
Organization: 1 organization set up from 40(W) x 30 (L) with 3 mini goals.
Active recovery duration: Physical load: 4x5:00min - 2:00min rest. Total Activity duration: 26:00min.
Instructions:
- White receives the ball and is trying to combine to score on the mini goals.
- Black press in set up structure and is trying to regain the ball and progress inside the 18y box to score on the big goal (white defenders are able to track back inside the 18y to defend).
- If GK saves the attack, white move into L.build up structure (play continues until:team scores/ball goes out of bounds).
Switch: Joshua/Jimmy - Andres/Will - Cristian/Blake - Esti/Ashton
Coaching points:
6) #3/5: lower movement to move the pressure of opp. #7/11 and create space central.
7) #6's body shape change based on pressure (2v1 -> body shape is open to progress / 2v2 -> body shape is closed to attract pressure closer and create space in 2nd line).
8) #7/10: recognize pressure and based on pressure decide to check central vs movement wide to break the pressure (always be aware of pressure from opponent (2v1 -> outplay the 2v1 with open body shape / 2v2 use the 3rd man underneath to progress).
Opponent press:
Set 1-2: Opponent press in 3-1-2 structure.
Set 3-4: opponent press in 3-2-1 structure (man on man vs #6/8).
Progression:
- 1 set open for opponent to adjust press

# players/opponent: 10v10
Organization: Full width x 65y with 2 big goals.
Active recovery duration: Physical load: 3x7:00min - 2:00min rest. Total Activity duration: 25:00min.
Instructions:
Normal 10v10 game with full FIFA rules. Only adjusted rule is that the white team does not play with corner kicks. They will restart with a goal kick instead.
Switch: Cristian/PJ - Ryan S/sy (marcellus cb) - Ashton/esti - joshua/will - andres/joaquim - martin/jimmy.
Coaching points:
9) HS players recognize when to show inside vs outside based on the pressure.
10) HS and WB always make their movement opposite off each other to create depth, length + width in the play.
Opponent press:
Opponent can decide to switch between pressing man on man on the 6's vs the half space players.

Organization: 2 organizations set up from 20(W) x 30 (L) with 1 mini goal in each.
Active recovery duration: Physical load: 6x3:00min - 1:00min rest. Total Activity duration: 23:00min.
Instructions:
- White receives the ball and is trying to combine to score on the mini goal.
- Black press in set up structure and is trying to regain the ball and progress inside the 18y box to score on the big goal (white can only defend inside the grid, cannot track back).
- Play is being alternated between 2 organizations (1 organization is working, the other is resting).
Coaching points:
1) #4 taking the FT so he can make a quick 2nd decision (upon recognition of the pressure).
2) Opposite movement of the 6's (when in numerical advantage) -> when being pressed man on man, bring the pressure inside.
3) #7+#10 recognize space to check into based on pressure. -> when being man marked, take the pressure away to create more space for 6's to combine in the 2v1.
4) Always creating length, width and depth in the play.
5) Technical: body shape open to progress when in numerical superiority.
Opponent press:
Set 1-3: Opponent press in 1-1-2 structure (man on man vs #7/10).
Set 4-6: opponent press in 1-2-1 structure (man on man vs #6/8).
Progression:
- 1 set open for opponent to adjust press
