Diamond - Squad Practice (30 mins)
Organisation:
A 442 diamond squad practice.
Practice starts with the CBs5/6 playing into DLP4 who then sends it back to CB6. CM7 drops to receive and plays into FB2. Then FB2 sends ball to AM8 who then plays into striker to score.

Diamond - Phase of Play (35 mins)
Organisation:
White playing 441 diamond formation
Reds playing 331 formation
Whites try to score in the top goal while trying to stop the reds scoring in top goal by screening/sliding/stopping the ball going into ST and trying to score.
Whites look to use the wide areas as often as possible to combine and try to cross the ball a the earliest opportunity for the AM8 and ST9.
Play is continuous until there is a stoppage, an opportunity for the coach to coach.

Four different coloured cones. Coach calls out a colour cone whilst passing and receiving the ball. That colour coned call out, the player must shoot within 2 touches of the ball.
