Organization:
-Players will pretend to be different animals
Instructions:
-Turtle Dribble: Slow Motion
-Cheetah Dribble: Fast Dribble
-Elephant: Big Stomps
-Penguin Dribble: woddle back and , squeeze soccer ball inbetwwen feet
-Flamingo Stance: Stand like a Flamingo- leg under them, out to the side, behind you, in front of you, switch legs and do the same

Organization:
-All players are on the line
-All soccer balls should have been scored already
-Vital for body mechanics in our pillar
Instructions:
-Players are 3 and 4 years old, so different bodly movements need to be worked on
-Stretch high, then low, repeat twice
-Jog across field as fast as possible, there and back
-Run across backwards, there and back
-Go sideways, there and back
-Hop all the way to the end (Like a bunny)
-Sprint, there and back
Coaching Points:
Discuss proper Body mechanics with each movement when you do it
-Stretch: can you keep legs straight
-Jog: Important that arms move bac and forth
-Backwards: When running fast backwards use longet steps, reach back with legs
Sideways: Bend knees low but not body
Hop: Keep both feet together
Sprint: Try to stay on your toes as much as possible

Organization:
-Players all have a soccer ball
Instructions:
-Start with ball in hands, Explain that only soccer player who can use ball in hands is goalie.
-Have player try to hold ball out in front and balance with two hands, Then one hand each in front
-Then hold above head and balance with two hands, then try one hand
-Players will try to throw ball into the air and catch it without the ball hitting the ground.
-They start low and if they can catch it and its to easy then they can try and throw it higher.

Organization:
-Same space as before
4 orange squares in the corners of the field
Instructions:
-Players each have a giant piece of food (Soccer ball) there job is ro dribble around the zoo and bring that food to one of the 4 animal pens and leave it.
-they then must run to a new animal pen and get new food that was left, because you cannot just leave food for the zoo animals, he will get full and sleepy.
-They then must take this new food and try to race to another zoo pen and leave the food for that animal.
Players get a point every time they leave food in the pen.
Coaching Points:
What this helps with: Movement on and off the ball, heads up play, change in speed and direction, field awareness, ability to follow directions
Progressions:
--Add coach in as evil zoo goer, coach can steal food and kick it away to stop player from getting points, they zoo keeper must then go chase that food.
-This adds an element of offense defense, player must be aware of where evil zoo goer is.

Organization:
-Coach stands in middle of field as the zoo keeper
-all players stand on line to play and get to pick any zoo animal they want to be
-No Soccer ball
Instructions:
-Coach is the Zoo Keeper with a pinnie in hand as his magical zoo keeper net
-The zoo anmals have to run to the other side of the field, if they can make it they are safe
-If the zoo keeper tags a player with his magical net then they become zoo keepers too and get to use a magical net
-Play game for a few rounds till only one is left as the winner
-Depending on the attidue of the kids you can play another.
