following warm up players start at cone 1 always facing forward proceed arounfd the poles ensuring that also go around the manequin. thenreturn to start position and proceed lateral with right shoulder leading then with left shoulder leading and finaly backward. Once completed 2 runs of each skill the proceed through at pace. always walk back recovery as this is a max effort drill once technique has been perfected.
