Once one triangle has made the required passes they must transfer the ball to the opposite group who are waiting to receive it. The player in the middle is swapped after every possession won.

Method: The keeper plays out to the attacking team to start the phase. They play through the lines to try and score. If the defending team wins it back they have 30 seconds to counter. Stop the game as needed to adapt or implement points
Coaching Points: Try and make the pitch as wide as possible despite it being narrow per setup. Plenty of communication to know when to make movements and to let the player know when to reset the play if stuck upfield.(30 mins)
