Attacking Corner - Jaffa

Attacking Corners:

Always inswinging

Players to start in a group on the penalty spot and then attack the areas below.

Players must bunch closer together not allowing opposition players to mark them and must be on the penalty spot not any further away from goal.

Attacking Corner - Pass into Zone - Magic

Pass into zoned area corner

* All players start in a bunch as above around the penalty spot.

* 3 Players (A,B,C) all make a direct run to the back post ensuring they take their 3 markers with them.

* Once players A,B,C make their runs the corner taker delivers a cross with pace into the zoned marked area above.

* 2 Players (1,2) also from the group have the following responsibilities;

1 = Key role of blocking player number 2's marker ONLY. This is your sole purpose. Complete

block.

2 = Makes an direct run into the zoned marked area ready to meet the cross from the corner taker. Timing of the run is key. If worked correctly this should result in a free header.

* All 5 players runs / movements should take place at the same time to cause confussion with the marking players.

* When corner is taken from the opposite side, players 1 & 2 rotate roles.

* 3 Players will be staying back to defend.
