Conditioned Games:
Without Goalkeeper
A and Def1 race each other through top cones, while B runs through the gate that 1 started
A collects ball creating 2v1 with B against Def1
If Def1 gets ball to Def2, turn and burn game 2v2
For 5 players: if A&B (who are now defending) win the ball and get to A, they turn and burn against Def1&2 in a 3v2
2) With Goalkeeper
A races 1 to edge of D
B passes to A as soon as they reach edge of D or can self-pass to create 2v1 on Def1
If Def 1 gets ball to Def2, turn and burn game with numbers attacking goals and letters defending
For 5 players: if A&B (who are now defending) win the ball and get to A, they turn and burn against Def1&2 in a 3v2

6v6
Teams can only score if they move the ball into all 4 colour squares, in any order
The count is restarted only once the defending team begins their count
Each team may only have 4 players in each half at any time
Allow time for teams to chat and plan

3v3 into 6v6
3v3 in pitch 1 & 2 must move the ball through all 4 gates, in any order
Whichever team does this first becomes the attacking team and merges with their 3 players from the other pitch to attack the goals across the quarter pitch
If defenders win the ball, they need to clear the ball through either red or yellow outside cone
If the ball hits a foot in 6v6, that player must exit the game
Allow time for teams to chat and plan

3. B passes to A who passes to D (open player)
4. C passes to A who passes to B (open player)
Start off over 5m distance, after everyone has been working player twice, move to 10m apart and focus on harder pushes
