Activator - players work in 3's.
Player 1 passes the ball uner player 2 (in a press up position) to player 3. Player 2 stands up, player 3 becomes press up bridge, player 1 runs around, work forwards and back to a line.

Player 1 (red lays on the floor), player 2 serves them the ball they catch it and do a sit up, everytime they come up they throw it over player 2 to player 3 - player 3 passes it to player 2 (head, chest, volley) just 1st time. Player 2 swivels each time it goes over his head.
Each player does 10 sit ups
Swap around so each player gets a turn in each role.
Progress to V crunches (now feet can't touch the floor).

Take the ball from the middle around the corner cone and then back to the middle. Then run around the same cone and back, collect the ball and move it around the next corner and back to the middle.
Repeat until you've been the whole way around the square. Take it in turns with your group of 3.
Each person will go twice, going in the opposite direction (clockwise first, then anti clockwise).
1 player works on the sqaure. 1 player rests. 1 player does 2 laps of the larger box - 1 sit up at each cone.
