Warm Up (10 mins)

DESCRIPTION:

  • 足球10個,守門員分開熱身
  • (1) 2人1一組, 有球球員在區域內自由盤球, 冇球跟有球身後跑, 盤球由慢到快 ,1分鐘後交換位置
  • (2.1) 2人1一組, 盤球3-4 腳後傳波俾隊友(要傳位) ,俾波後在隊友側面向前面斜插跑過 
  • (2.2) 再接球重做(2), 最後加入衝刺 , 跑過隊友時要轉身&眼望球準備( Turn )
  • (3) 當中加入動態伸展, 內外跨等拉筋動作 , 協調等

AIMS:

  • 提升肌肉溫度及心肺功能 為比賽作生理及心理準備

  • 為練習作生理及心理準備

BEHAVIOURS:

  • 利用左右腳運球及傳球 (hidden pass/ 右腳傳左邊)

  • 抬頭避免撞到隊友

  • 傳完提隊友"hold住",加速走隊友身後,眼望球,叫"ball"提隊友傳球

  • 向前面斜插衝刺 , 接球時要turn

T1 (10 mins)

DESCRIPTION:

  • 飛碟10隻,足球10個,25x10碼距離,守門員在球門熱身
  • 傳球球員傳波後向雪糕筒旁方向做underlap高速前插跑動
  • 接球球員稍稍控向雪糕筒方向,注意和雪糕筒距離&隊友配合的傳球時機
  • 進攻目標帶過對面飛碟後回發球點轉人重做
  • 傳球球員傳波後向球員身後做Overlap走位
  • 接球球員稍稍控向雪糕筒方向,注意和雪糕筒距離&隊友配合的傳球時機(hidden pass)
  • 進攻目標帶過對面飛碟後回發球點轉人重做
  • AIMS:

    • Drill-like練習underlap走位和傳球

    BEHAVIOURS:

    • 傳球要傳到位(隊友前面)&注意球速
    • 傳完提隊友"hold住",加速直走隊友身前,眼望球,接近平綫叫"ball"提隊友傳球
    • 接球球員far foot控前,留意稍稍推中間挑戰防守,留意帶球球速和防守距離,留意隊友走位
    • 傳球timing,走位隊友接近平綫,輕力傳斜前給他走前控
    • 觀察防守位置,決定傳underlap或 1v1 過球(如果防守跟) ,Decisions Making 要快
    • 傳球技術(hidden pass/ 右腳傳左邊)
    • underlap接應球員hard touch推過防守
    • 跑過拿球隊友後如果無傳球就轉身,眼望球準備
    • 如果防守封阻進攻路綫,可以拿後重組
    • 拿後重組後,另一個球員要再拉闊後現位嘗試接應underlap

    S1: 2v2 (15 mins)

    DESCRIPTION:

    • 飛碟8隻,足球10個,25x10碼距離x2,守門員在球門熱身
    • 4藍4紅一邊,2邊同時進行2v2,一隻色做進攻和一隻色做防守
    • 進攻目標帶過對面 (1)飛碟綫後 / (2) 側雪糕筒內
    • 防守搶到帶3秒內過對面飛碟綫

    AIMS:

    • 2v2練習嘗試underlap

    BEHAVIOURS:

    • 傳球要傳到位(隊友前面)&注意球速
    • 傳完提隊友"hold住",加速直走隊友身前,眼望球,接近平綫叫"ball"提隊友傳球 (1)
    • 接球球員far foot控前,留意稍稍推中間挑戰防守,留意帶球球速和防守距離,留意隊友走位
    • 傳球timing,走位隊友接近平綫,輕力傳斜前給他走前控
    • 觀察防守位置,決定傳underlap或 1v1 過球(如果防守跟) ,Decisions Making 要快
    • 傳球技術(hidden pass/ 右腳傳左邊)
    • underlap接應球員hard touch推過防守
    • 跑過拿球隊友後如果無傳球就轉身,眼望球準備 (2)
    • 如推過防守而後方防守跟underlap球員走失位,持球球員可加速帶入雪糕筒(3)
    • 如果防守封阻進攻路綫,可以拿後重組
    • 拿後重組後,另一個球員要再拉闊後現位嘗試接應underlap

    CONDITIONS:

    • 進攻傳第一腳後防守先可以出嚟

    • 靠中間進攻球員發球開始

    • 4v4,進攻 1-2-1,防守 1-2-1 + 1龍門  (視乎人數分左右2組 / 排隊4個一組輪換)
    • 進攻嘗試入禁區射門,防守搶到傳入小球門後 target man

    AIMS:

    • 模擬比賽練習underlap尋找進攻機會

    BEHAVIOURS:

    • 中場球員傳球多搵邊綫球員後嘗試underlap走位
    • 邊綫球員帶球挑戰防守,觀察防守位置,決定傳underlap或 1v1過球 (視乎防守球員有冇失位 / 跟underlap球員走)
    • 留意隊友走位,傳球timing,走位隊友接近平綫,輕力傳斜前給他走前控
    • underlap走位球員要提場,走到尾制造空位
    • underlap成功後盡快傳中或射門
    • 時機不對可以拿後重組,可以轉邊

    CONDITIONS:

    • 限3腳
    • 要求防守tight marking

    • 中場球員多搵邊綫球員利用河範圍2v2
    • 邊綫球員帶球挑戰防守,觀察防守位置,決定傳underlap或 1v1過球  (視乎防守球員有冇失位 / 跟underlap球員走)
    • 留意隊友走位,傳球timing,走位隊友接近平綫,輕力傳斜前給他走前控
