SIDE STEP/SHUFFLE - CONES PLACED IN 2 LINES AND STAGGERED EVERY 2 YARDS, THE CONES ARE TO BE 4 YDS APART - PLAYER MOVES FEET SIDE TO SIDE FROM RED CONE TO YELLOW CONE, USING THEIR OUTSIDE HAND TO TOUCH THE CONE BEFORE MOVING TO THE NEXT ONE.2. SHUTTLE RUNS - 3 SETS OF CONES SET AT 7.5 FEET APART, PLAYERS TAKE TURNS TO SHUTTLE RUN THE LENGTHS.
3. MULTI DIRECTIONAL SPRINTS - PLAYERS SPRINT FROM YELLOW TO RED, ALWAYS CHANGING DIRECTION ON A RIGHT ANGLE AND ALWAYS MOVING AROUND THE OUTSIDE OF THE POST.
4. ALTERNATE SPRINT/JOG - PLAYERS TO JOG THE SHORT LENGTHS OF THE BOX AND SPRINT THE LONGER LENGTHS.
