7v7+GK and target player on the entire half field with 1 net and an end zone.
Blues (GK-4-1-2) score by passing to the target player in the end zone and oranges (4-1-2) score on the GK.
Always restart from the GK when a point is scored or the ball goes out.
If orange holds too much a max 5 minutes possession constraint could be added.
Coaching points:
-Team shape: fullbacks wide and high, center backs at the top of the box, options to play long if possible
-Players have to move and offer options on the sides, up the field and in the pocket
-GK always scan the field in order to identify long pass options
-Minimize the number of touches
-Receive and play always towards the end zone
