Description :
Blue's start with a player in goal, Red A Plays to Red B Red b takes a controlled touch inside box takes a shot then goes in goal in place of Blue, once red takes shot Blue A passes to Blue B who then takes a controlled touch into box & takes a shot then proceed's to go into goal.
Continue until 1 team get 5 goals first then switch sides to shot from another angle.
Coachin Points :
- Controlled touch into box
- Correct body shape when approaching the ball
- Correct surface to strike the ball ( laces, Instep )

DIMENSIONS:
The course is made up of six pairs of parallel cones, approximately 5-6 yards apart.
DESCRIPTION:
- Two players start at the same time from the first pair of cones, jog along the inside of the cones and do the various exercises on the way. After the last cone, they run back along the outside. On the way back, speed can be increased progressively as players warm up.
