Organization:
- x2 goals or 3 (depending on number of players)
- x2 short lines of players, ball each
- GK in 2 of the goals
- 1 player to lay the ball off
Instructions:
- Pass ball into player who lays off, 1st time strike.
Coaching Points:
- Pick area of goal to aim at as moving to the ball
- Plant standing foot next to ball, toe pointed down, contact with top of foot, head and weight over the ball, eyes on contact.
- Power and low, across the keeper
Progressions:
- Ball played straight back to shooting player, touch to control then a strike
- Passing player becomes a defender to create a 1v1 (can you shift the ball to get a shot away past the blocking defender or beat the defender to then finish?)

Organisation:
- x2 GK's
- 4 neutral players on the outside
- 4v4 in the middle
Instructions:
- Normal game in the middle
- Can Score in either goal
- After 3/4 mins rotate players on the sides with players in the middle
Coaching Points:
- Lots of shots within 20 yards from goal
- Shift ball to side of the defender to create an angle to get a shot on goal
- Beat a player to then have a clear sight of goal
- Side foot finish or laces? (usally: far out - laces, close - side foot)
- When passing: Quick touches, release the ball early
- High tempo
Progressions:
- 2/3 touch
- A neutral on the side must do a lay off before a shot on goal
- Neutrals in front of goal act as blockers

Organization: x2 lines of 6/7 players
Instructions: Players move in lines (as soon as one goes, next player goes) to the far cone and back jog it in to the back of the line. Exercises include; jog, side-side, knees-up, heels-up, open/close gate, hamstring kicks, lunges etc.
Coaching Points: Focus on doing exercises correctly
Progressions: Vaious exercises
