Time: 30 Minutes
Organisation:
-30x20 grid
-Players split into 2 even teams, with one team having full backs.
-Full backs are on the outside of the grid.
Exercise:
-Red CB starts the exercise.
-Goal is to get the ball over the opposition line.
-Red team must use FB to create the overloads in the wide areas to get forward to create space for team to score or create space for team mates.
-Play 5 minute spells and switch potential full backs.
Progression:
-If succeasful add two mini goals in the channels for FB to score and midi goals on either end of grids.

-Approx 3/4 pitch
-Split players into team formation.
Exercise:
-3 ten minute periods switching player roles in those 10 mintes.

-2 grids of 20x10 with 2 goals in the middle back to back.
-Teams split into 3 even teams.
-1 team common.
-2 common players split into each grid.
Exercise:
-Team in possession can score in either goal and can move into either grid.
-Team in possession can use the common players.
-Common players can score.
-Play even periods and switch teams.

Time: 10 Minutes
Organisation:
-Set up a 25x25 grid with 6 stations inside.
-Split players evenly around the grid with excess at 1 and 4.
-Players at 1 and 4 have a ball each.
Exercise:
-Players at 1 and 4 lay a pass to 2 and 5 respectively.
-2 and 5 lay off ball to 1 and 4.
-1 and 4 move forward and play pass to 3 and 6.
-6 and 3 run ball to 1 and 4.
-2 and 5 switch after each pass.
-Play for 2 minutes then switch wall pass players.
