II. Dribbling & Movement. 10 min.
-Dribblers: Half the group, players each with a ball, dribbling and trying to pull training bib off of eluding players
-Eluding players: If bib is grabbed, complete 3 consecutive juggles outside the space, get new training bib and continue

III. 4-goal game. 25 min. 3v3+1. 18x 25 boxes. 2 points for dribble through, 1 point for pass through.
Attacking Points:
-Eyes up, see penetrating passes and space to dribble into.
-Create supporting triangles
-Move into passing lanes
-Create width on the weak-side
Defensive Points:
-Quick pressure on the ball
-Two defending the ball? 1st defender tackle!

IV. 7v7 to big goals. 25 min. 36x45. No restrictions. Coaching in the flow. Coaches as goalkeepers. Players chose system of 2-3-1
Attacking Points:
-Manage the space: Expand in attack, Compact in defense, Provide width in attack, Stay connected as a team (backline), Create space for oneself to receive
-Read / Disguise the Game: Watch eyes and body posture of player on ball. Show deception with the ball

Points:
-Pass and receive with far foot (across your body)
-Receive and pass with insides of feet
-Be deceptive on the ball (eyes, shoulders, hips)
-Be willing to draw pressure, to create space/time for teammate
-Consistent supportive movement. Heavier the pressure, closer the support.
-Win the ball, don't just kick it out.
