Instructions
- On my whistle, the players start with:
1- Rollover - time: 3 minutes.
2- Pull back - time: 3 minutes. Coaching points: Use the sole of the foot to pull the ball back, use the body to protect the ball from defenders, take a knee, and hip flexion.
3- Inside and outside touches with left and right foot - time: 4 minutes.
4- Side to side ball control - time: 1 minute.
5- Dribbling around - time: 3 minutes. Coaching points: take a touch with every step, use laces, inside and outside, use both feet.
6- Step over - time: 5 minutes - Coaching points: small shifts with outside foot, alternate feet.

Main Activity - 40 Minutes.
Organization: Each player starts with a ball and tries to show their moves and skills, players attempt to dribble their ball to each corner of the field without crashing, once they get to the corner field they have to turn around and keep going to the other corner field.
Instructions: On my whistle the players start to dribble out the ball into the cones and they have to reach out the next square without crashing whit the players who come in different direction. In high traffic the players should use quick feet but slower forward movements, foot on top of the ball (Brake) to avoid crash and change direction quickly. Dribbling out with both feet, accelerate when dribbling to the opposite square.
Coaching Points/Questions: Change of direction to avoid crashing, accelerate when dribbling in opens spaces, reduce speed to avoid hit the cones, stop the ball with left or right foot.
Progressions: Place more cones in the middle of the path to encourage the players maximize their skill.

Introduction: Warm-up Play 15 minutes.
Organization:
- Mark out one 30x30 yards field, Divide the team into groups of 3 or 4 players one team with pinnies. Every player gets his ball.
Instructions:
- Each round one team attacks by dribbling and kicking their ball to hit their opponent´s balls.
- The other team meanwhile tries to defend their ball from the attacker's strikes.
- Switch roles and make the attacking team become the defender team.
Coaching Points/Questions: Player's movements, (body feints, change of direction, stopping the ball when it needs.)
Progressions: The team who counts more balls away wins.
- Add one 1 more player to the attacking team with the main goal of putting more press on the defenders.
