Equal teams with a sectioned area in the corners.

A 40x20 area with a 3 yard channel in the middle.
3 equal teams.
4 mins work, 3 mins recovery. x3
How to Play
Blues keep the ball and are "pressed" by two of the Black team.
After a set number of passes, the ball can be switched to the Yellow team and the other 2 Black players press in that half of the pitch.
