Organization: Lines set up as shown with about 6x6 boxes at the top of the 18 yard box .
Instructions: A passes to player B and player B must conrtol the pass within the box and shoot towards goal on thier second touch. B has two touches, 1 for setup touch and 2 for striking.
Coaching Points: Establishing a good setup touch away from your body and on to your stronger foot.
Striking through the ball.
Ankle locked, toe down.
Contact with laces.
Non-kicking foot placed to side, slightly behind the ball.

Organization: 5 v 4 in 30 yard area. 2 mini goals, 1 big goal
Instructions: Players are live in a conditioned game 5v4 in the area, the objective is to have the reds take as many shots on goal as possible. 3 shots on target in a row equals 1 goal and if they score then they get 1 goal as well. Incentivize red team to take as many shots as possible. If ball goes out of bounds play begins from player A always. If defending team scores then they get 3 points for each time they score on the minigoals, goalie can throw ball into net but if they score it's 1 point.

Angle of approach – off center
Non-kicking foot placed to side, slightly behind the ball
Ankle locked, toe down
Contact foot – laces (instep)
Positive attitude towards shooting

Organization: Same as previous activity
Instructions: Now teams will play from where the ball goes out and the teams will be evened out so that each team has equal numbers. Switch sides halfway through activity.

Organization:
Penalty area. 1 ball per player. Shooting lines at 6, 9, 12, 15, and 18 yds.
Instructions:
1.The game is called ‘Nothing But Net’
2. First shot is from 6 yds. If you hit the back of the net without the ball touching the ground, you advance to the next line for your next shot.
3. Players go in order, one shot at a time.
4. After the player ahead of you shoots, you have 5 seconds to place your ball and have a shot.
5.Winner is the first player to hit nothing but net from 18 yds.
