Organization:
1. 20x15 areas as shown.
Instructions:
1.Two options. Start with option A then move on to option B after a few minutes.
2. Option A: defensive pressure is late or defender sits back to cut off forward pass
3. Server plays a diagonal ball Player receiving opens up and plays target player.
4. Option B: pressure is tight, attacker sets diagonal pass back to server who completes forward pass.
5. Target player dribbles back to start at end of both options.
6. Defender cannot move from line to begin with.

1. Checking movement to create passing lane
2. Weight and accuracy of pass
3. Communication - make a connection
4. Get in line to receive
5. Next action - double pass or open up
Progressions:
P - After ball reaches target player, defender presses and attackers look to play 2v1 give and go.

Organization:
1. 20x15 areas as shown.
2. 1 defender per grid, rest are attackers, in pairs.
Instructions:
1) Defenders to stay in for 2 minutes at a time. Keep swapping one in middle every time. Attackers attempt to pass the ball to the opposite line and stop it on line for a point. If defenders win the ball they can take it to the opposite line for a point.
2) Must play pass to start from one end, start with one defender and attacker in the middle.

3. Three teams set up as shown.
4. Plenty of balls along outside.
Instructions:
1. Three teams as shown.
2. One defending team in central zone.
3. Defending team can send one player to win ball.
4. Attacking teams look to make penetrating passes to opposite side.
5. Play two minutes. Team with least passes defends.
Coaching Points:
1. Movement to create passing lanes.
2. Role of 3rd attacker.
3. Quality of passing and 1st touch.
4. Decision-making of each player.
5. Selection and timing of combination.
6. Play at speed to take advantage of numbers up.
