Receiving technical drill 接球技术训练
Multiple rounds 多轮 / 多组循环
2 groups (red and blue) after 3-4 minutes the groups will change position (outside and Inside)

Round 1 (Feet) - Red start inside the middle square (Yellow area) blue are on the outside of the area. Blue have the ball. Red player will exit the middle area, scan to find a free blue player. Blue will pass the ball to the red, whom will control the ball and pass back. (Focus on good control, two feet). Red will then pass back through the middle area on their way to find another blue. (scan when going towards middle area, communicate with blue players). After 3-4 minutes blue and red will swap positions.
CP - on toes ready to receive, cushion control to be able to play back, directional control to make pass back easier/quicker.

Round 2 (Thigh) - Same as round one, but this time outside players will underarm throw the ball to receiving players thigh. Receiver to control the ball down to the floor and then pass back.
CP - 35-45 degree angle of thigh to drop ball down to floor, on toes ready to receive.

Receiving technical drill 接球技术训练

Same setup as Technical 1. But this time middle players start with the ball. They find an open Blue player to pass to then they receive the ball back from them. On the return pass the middle player should receive on the half turn. They then dribble back through the middle area to find another open outside player.
Again 3-4 minutes per round and change inside and outside players so all player do both tasks.

Receiving Skill drill 接球技能训练
Multiple rounds 多轮 / 多组循环
Same setup as the technical drills, this time white added as defenders. 与技术训练相同的设置,这次加入白队作为防守球员。
Outside players start with the ball, Inside players have to scan and be aware of where the defenders are.
- If defender(s) are close then cushion control and play back to the outside player
- If defender(s) are not close and they have space then receive on the half turn and dribble through the middle to play the ball to an open outside player.
外侧球员先持球,内侧球员需要观察扫视并留意防守球员的位置。
如果防守球员距离很近,则采用缓冲式控球并回传给外侧球员。

4v2 inside with 4 support players. 4v2 在内侧,外加 4 名接应球员。
The ball always starts from the outside. (rotate the in ball, ie feet, thigh, chest)

Attacks (red) try to control the ball and keep possession, to score a point they can pass the ball into any goal. They can use the support players (blue) at any point.

Ball mastery warm up 球性热身
Players to dribble around the area, using all the different parts of the foot. When the coach says a number the players to complete that ball mastery task, IE 1= ten toe taps, 2= 10 foundations, 3= 10 sole roles (5 left/5 right) etc. Adjust the task to the level of the players.
