FOOTBALL CONDITIONING - (Week 3) ..

Circuit Instructions :-
>> 2 lines.
>> 2 players got at a time.
>> Quick feet / side shuffle movements.
>> Each time team mates meet in the middle.
>> Once Player passes cone A immediately transition and accelerate into a sprint to first hurdle.
>> Jump and land over hurdle.
>> Sprint around cone B, and sprint to cone C.
Coaching Points :-
>> Keep upper body stable.
>> Maintain speed while changing direction.
>> Arms always swing and close tio the body.
>> Distribute weight properly.
>> Retain muscle and power strength.
>> Increase speed of action and speed of reaction.

Organisation :-
>> 25x25 yds area.
>> Speed poles / Big cones, Agility hurdeles.
>> 12 players 3 in a group.
>> 1 ball.
Activity:-
>> Group work together through movement & passing 1 to 4.
>> After each pass each player makes makes specific movement & join new group.
>> After passes 1 & 2 players move quickly through the speed poles, agility hurdles & through gate (Blue) before joining up with next group.
>> After passes 3 & 4 players check away, spin off & accelerate around the pole behind.
Progression :-
>> When Coach calls "change" signalling the pass sequence to reverse & move the opposite way.
>> Introduce variation of movements through agility stuffs.
>> Introduce a second ball.

>> EPE Runs 6x40 meters 80%.
>> Recovery - 40 sec Rest.
>> 4 meters deceleration.
Progression :-
>> Run with ball.

>> Formation - 1-2-1 vs 1-2-1.
>> 30x18 area.
>> High intesity.
>> Coach always starts the play.
>> Work 1 min.
>> Rest 3 mins.

WARM DOWN !!!!!!!!!!!
>> Players perform light jogs for 1 min.
>> Perform light streches for 4 mins.
Warm Up - Dynamic Movements & Strechings + 5v2 (15 mins)
>> Players in a 3 group and do gym run and good dynamic movements.
>> Suppleness - Build up quiler dynamic movements and deeper streches.
>> Continue warm up wit a 5v2 (10x10 area).
Coaching Points :-
>> Increase heart rate.
>> Relieve any tightness or sorenes.
>> Get ride of lactic and in the muscles.
>> Increase level of awareness and speed of play.
