Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): juve playing out from the back

SET UP= 10 ATT 2 GK and either 2 or 4 defenders depenending on numbers available

8 cones 2 poles,2 large goals 1 small goal use poles if done have access to goals

large supply of balls beside gaolkeeper

ACTION=ball starts with GK and he passes it to LCB,CB to CM,CM to LFB,LFB to ATT,players will pass and follow there pass work there way up the feild

Once ball is processed up to the attacker a defender from that side will engage him and attacker has to beat him before he can take strike at the goal,put time limit on like striker has 7 seconds to score ,

as soon as ball has been played into the attacker the goalkeeper starts play from the right hand side with same sequence

Defenders take turns in defending the big goal from there side if defenders win the ball the have to try score in small goal keep points make competetive

CP players must postion body correctly for receiving pass

pass must be played in front of players so they dont have to check run

attacker must be explosive when running at defender and have controlled finish if he beats him

Defender must jockey and try oush attacker away from goal
