Learning Outcomes Correct running Technique

Technical We focused on legs first how the hip knee and ankle should be alined, the drive of the knee and how it works alternating with the arms, then we moved on to the position of the arm 90 degree angle at all times as they move alternating with the opposite leg.


Physical Speed

Warm Up - slow jog twice through, fast jog twice through, tip toes hands in the air once through, heels hands in the air, hop and holds twice through, high knee drives twice through, arm kick backs alternating with high knees twice through.

Exercise 1 - Wall Drives.

Exercise 2 - Then Reactions Sprints, Standing side on, on command of 1 they face the othe way on command of 2 they turn and sprint out to the far blue cones
