Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): Pre-Match Warm-Up

Setup: Two lanes with cones yards apart in length (20 yards total). Middle cone should be a different color signaling midway point.
Objective: Players will perform various exercises as a warmup
Movements: 3 minutes per movement
- Dribble with right foot to midway point, then pass the ball to other side and follow pass (switch feet)
- Dribble to midway point and execute a skill then pass ball to other side and follow pass
- Two touch passing, receive and then play to other side and follow pass

Setup: Cones setup as above with distance being age appropriate and space appropriate.
Objective: Player in corner starts by passing into player in the middle who one touches to player on opposite corner. That player plays into second player in the middle who one touches to player who started and is making run up the field and plays one touch pass to opposite side and play is repeated.
Coaching Points: Players in middle stay and work away from play then check back to ball

Setup: 6 cones set up 1 yard part with another cone 7 yards from last cone. Two more cones (yellow) set up as the starting point for the players
Objective: Agility work to get muscles warm and various quick movements before touching the ball.
Movements:
