- 30 wide x 25 long

Setup:

- 3 attackers versus 2 defenders.

- In the example, reds are servers and whites start as defenders.

- Games alterante start from either end.

- Play 3v2 to goal. Must score inside the shoot zone (shaded area).

- As an alternative 2 defenders can HOLD the bibs (not wearing them) and drop them after each game.

- The 2 wide attackers (not the servers) must pick up a bib at the end of the game before they can defend.

- Games restart from altenrate ends and new attackers step on.

- 3 attackers versus 3 defenders. 2 roaming, 1 restricted to shoot area.

- One directional exercise.

- In the example, reds are attacking team shooting down and whites start as defenders shooting up.

- Teams takes turns starting as attackers.

- Play 3v3 to goal. Must score inside the shoot zone (shaded area).

- If defending team wins the ball they can score for a bonus point.

- After each game the two wide attackers stay on and defend. The central player rotates out with team mate.

- Games always restart with new attackers.

Progression:

- 3rd defnder is no longer restricted.
