Objective -

Description -
GK1 will transition between both cone goals and receive a volley from Coach and GK2. 10 all together, swpa GK.

Technical Activation (15 mins)

Objective -
To engage the lower body with an explosive movement.


Description -
GK1 will laterally jump over the hurdle, move forward to the nearest cone and perform a collapse save. Continuous rotation between keepers, 10 each side.

Phase One - Cutback Reactions (15 mins)

Objective -
To promote speed, footwork and reactions in a cutback match scenario.


Description -
GK1 will collapse for cutback pass 1, GK2 will then play cutback pass 2 toward the Coach, GK1 must reposition and perform the necessary save.

Phase Two - Cutback Scenarios 2 (15 mins)

Objective -
To promote speed, footwork and reactions in a cutback match scenario.


Description -
GK1 will receive a volley from Coach and turn to roll the ball to GK2. GK1 will follow the pass and defend the near post in a cutback scenario. GK2 will pass the ball back into the area towards Coach, GK1 will turn and receive a strike on goal. Rotate after 6, 2 rounds, swap sides.
