Warm Up

Introduction

Time: 20mins

One player with one ball , which the players will divide into two

teams.

One team push down the cone and other team tidy the cone up.

Rule

1.After pushed down the cone, the players need to run around the

dishes which is outside fieldasfasdfOn the other hand, the players who

tidy the cone up and also need to run with ball around the dishes.

2. Add the wash car and add oil to car after moving the cone.

Point Note:

1.Foot work and ball feeling would add on this game , such as,

before turn down the cone, we need to dribble around the cone two

times.

TR2 2 vs 1

Setting

Players : 10( 2 GK)

Group: 2 (4 players per group)

Dishes: 4 , Cone:2

Time: 30 min

Size: Setting

Players : 10( 2 GK)

Group: 2 (4 players per group)

Dishes: 4 , Cone:2

Time: 15 min

Size: Cone is about 2m apart the side line.

Introduction

GK 1 will distribute the ball to the player, then player (1 area ) receive the ball and dribble (left foot )through the cone shooting to the goalkeeper ( GK 2) . GK 2 gives the ball to the player 1 moving 2 area.

Alternatively, Players on area 2 will work as same as 2 area.

The GK 1 and GK 2 would interchange.

For Area 1, the player will dribble inside the cone by using left foot. The player will dribble outside the cone by the left foot ( or using the sole of foot.)

The Area 2 is opposite.

AIMS:

1. Train up Reception

-Body preparation (Angel and Shape)

- First Touch under stress

2. Train up Footwork

-sole of foot

- inner and outer of foot.

3. Individual Tactics

Coaching Point:

1. Body Angel need to face both the ball and destination (GK2)

2. Use Far Foot or Near Foot (depends on the ball served from GK1

3. Head Up to keep the vision check the ball,cone and destination.

4. First Touch: Soft by using inside Foot if far foot.

( half-stop by the sole of foot to pull and roll the ball)

5. Change direction by the sole of foot / outside or inside foot.

6. Speed up after changing the direction.

7. Both Left and Right feet.

8. Center of Mass Shift.

9. Consider big space and small space

10. Side face to defender or face to face to defender (depends on the distance and angel to the defenderr)

Progression

1. Dribble inside / Outside

2. Break Run ( forward and then backward)

3. 1 vs 1 Remove the cone by using defender

Setting

Players : 10( 2 GK)

Group: 2 ( One group is defender )

Dishes: 4

Time: 35 min

Size: T.B.A

Introduction

GK 1 will distribute the ball to the player, then player (2 area ) receive the ball and dribble to the defender. The teammate on Area 1 will support him with other defender.

The Purpose is shooting the goal and defender would attack GK1 to keep the transaction moment.

The attacking and defending team will interchange.

AIMS:

1. Train up Reception

-Body preparation (Angel and Shape)

- First Touch under stress

2. Train up Footwork

-sole of foot

- inner and outer of foot.

3. Individual Tactics

4. Combination Play

AIMS:

1. Train up Reception

-Body preparation (Angel and Shape)

- First Touch under stress

-sole of foot

- inner and outer of foot.
