Counter Attacking and Defending continuously to play at high intensity.
The defending team defends for 10 attacks and then switches out.
The defending team with least goals conceded wins.
Coaching Points:
- Play in Space...the defending team are coming from the attackers right side, so the space is on the left.
- Let the ball do the work...avoid over dribbling as this will give the defenders more time to close you down
- Early shots in the circle
- Ball carrier should not be the highest player on the pitch
- Defenders: consider most dangers/threatening players (ball carrier, ball carrier's next pass, 3rd phase pass)

Counter Attack + Defence
Set Up:- 4 Teams of even numbers
- 2 Goals set out as shown
Game Rules:
- 1 Team Defending for 10 balls/attacks
- 3 Teams attacking within their own teams but as a collective.
- Set up with 2 teams lined up behind one set of cones, and the remaining team on the other set of cones. The Teams parallel to the half way line attack the main goal on the baseline. The Team on Perpendicular cones to the half way line attack the goal to the right.
- After each attack, the attacking team changes cones to attack the other goal.
As soon as the ball is dead from the previous attack, the next team can attack straight away with the coach/injured player passing to 1 of the players.
Make it competitive so the defensive team that concedes the least amount of goals wins.
